Overall clean and pleasant hotel with spotless rooms. Outstandingly accommodating and pleasant venue employees all round. Coffee, a kettle, and a couch in the room, marvellous and lovely location. Absolutely superb breakfast with a wide array of delicious food. Public parking, excellent service. Smooth check-in. 20 minutes' by foot to train station.

The staff were very welcoming and pleasant and knew the area. Excellent central location short walk to Scarborough for many years, buses to other towns and South Bay and Scarborough beach and the local town. Ate at El Gringo's, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The location is lovely and exceptionally nice, close to shops & for the tram down to spa. It's also close to the Spa theatre.

The room was immaculate and huge with a large comfortable bed, very clean bed linen, as example, met the demands. The location offered was marvellous just next door to the beach, Scarborough Spa and the sea. Had tea and goodies at Cafe Fish, nestled 2 km of the hotel.

It was a lovely little and pleasant hotel in Scarborough at reasonable prices. The location was marvellous - adjacent to the sea front as well as the promenade and main centre. All in all our stay was excellent, nothing to complain about.

Everything was great and met requests. I greatly enjoyed this absolutely brilliant hotel. There was nice staff and the service was exceptional. The rooms were fairly quiet and bright as for me, with a huge bed. The food was delicious, had lots of options.

Delicious breakfast and incredibly beautiful views of the horizon and sunsets. Exceptional experience there.
